1. Acceptance

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing or using the Lynqivo software (the "Software"). By starting to use the Software you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Software.

2. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ruijie Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you lawfully own, for lawful file transfers within your personal or organisational use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Use the Software to transfer, store or distribute anything that violates applicable law
2. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code
3. Modify, adapt or translate the Software, or create derivative works based on it
4. Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
5. Redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Software, or use it for commercial resale
6. Use the Software to endanger network security or infringe the lawful rights of others
7. Use the Software to access or transfer data on devices you are not authorised to access

4. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights in the Software belong to Ruijie Software. The names Lynqivo and Lynqivo, together with the associated graphic marks, are our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You understand and accept the following risks:

1. Network conditions: the Software relies on local network communication. Network configuration, firewall settings and router policies may affect device discovery and transfer. We do not guarantee it will work on every network.
2. Device state: device sleep, shutdown, power loss or insufficient storage may interrupt a transfer.
3. File safety: please back up important files before transferring them. We are not liable for loss arising from failed transfers, corrupted files or data loss.
4. Content responsibility: you are solely responsible for the content you transfer using the Software.
5. No encryption: the current version does not additionally encrypt transferred content. Please use it on a network you trust.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption or lost profits.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court in accordance with the law.
