This Privacy Policy explains how Ruijie Software ("we", "us") handles information related to you when you use the Lynqivo software (the "Software") and visit the Lynqivo website (the "Site").
We have tried to write this in plain language. The core conclusion is a single sentence: the Software runs inside your local network, your files never leave it, and we cannot access them.
2. Privacy of the Software
2.1 Transfers happen entirely within your local network
The Software connects devices on the same local network directly. Transfers do not depend on any server, do not pass through our servers, and do not pass through any third-party server. We cannot access, read, store or forward any file you transfer.
2.2 Nothing is uploaded to the cloud
The Software does not upload files to the cloud and offers no cloud storage. When a transfer finishes, the file sits wherever you chose to put it, entirely under your control.
2.3 About encryption
The current version of the Software does not additionally encrypt transferred content. This is stated plainly so you can make an informed decision: the Software communicates only within your local network and files never leave it, and we recommend using it on a network you trust. On public or untrusted networks, please assess the risk yourself before use. We will not imply, in any channel, that the Software provides transfer encryption.
2.4 Data stored locally
The Software stores the following on your device in order to function:

All of this stays on your device and we cannot access it. You can clear it through the Software settings or by uninstalling the Software.

The Software does not collect your file contents, file names, file paths, contacts, messages, location, call records, or any personal information unrelated to its function.
3. Privacy of the Site
3.1 Analytics
To understand how the Site is used and improve its content, we collect a minimal set of analytics data:
- Page views and visit times
- Traffic sources (for example search engines or direct visits)
- Device and browser type
- Approximate location (city level only)
3.2 No cookies for identifying individuals
The Site uses a self-hosted, lightweight analytics solution, and the data is stored on our own servers. We do not use cookies to track your identity, we do not track you across sites, we do not use the data for advertising, and we do not share it with any third party.
3.3 What we do not collect
The Site requires no registration and does not collect your name, phone number, national ID, payment details or other personally identifying information. If you contact us by email, we keep your email address and the contents of your message solely to reply to you.
